Matthew A. Hardy


Matthew A. Hardy is a founding partner of Hardy & Juba LLC and has been practicing criminal defense law for over a decade. Starting in a private firm in Cincinnati, Ohio where his focus was on misdemeanors in state court, Mr. Hardy matured his practice through his work at the Hamilton County Public Defender's office. Starting in 2007, Mr. Hardy worked for the Colorado State Public Defender's Office in trial court for County, Juvenile, Drug and District cases. Having tried hundreds of cases, Mr. Hardy is a veteran in providing a zealous defense in all criminal cases. Whether it is traffic violations or homicide, Mr. Hardy works to get the best outcomes possible for his clients.

Michael S. Juba


Michael S. Juba co-founded Hardy & Juba LLC in 2012. Before starting the firm, Mr. Juba spent five years with the Colorado State Public Defender's Office, where he defended trial cases in County, District, Juvenile, and Drug courts. Mr. Juba devotes the majority of his practice to juvenile representation and focuses on litigation involving direct-file youth in adult court. Ranging from misdemeanors to felonies, Mr. Juba brings his years of experience to see each client receive optimum outcomes in every case.
